Last night I made a new cake, another of my experiments that I have to say is very successful (now when we tasted it we were stunned: because even if the 'appearance was a bit rough ... the taste was really great with a mixture of coconut and orange).
The preparation is very simple and fast enough even if you need several bowls because soil needs to be done in stages, you instantly post the ingredients for its creation:

Ingredients for a mold of 20 cm in diameter

- 1 cup and 3 / 4 flour supplemented with yeast (we used the self raising)
- 125 g butter
- 3 / 4 cup sugar

2 eggs - 1 / 3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 / 4 cup of yogurt

Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 °, grease a cake pan of 20 cm in diameter and lining its walls and its base with baking paper.

Nel frattempo si sciolglie il burro e lo zucchero in un tegamino a fiamma bassa e si lasciano un pò raffreddare, mentre, in part, in another bowl, blend the eggs lightly beaten with jam and yogurt:

Una volta distribuite le briciole sul dolce si inforna per circa 40 minuti (a me ne son serviti almeno 10 di più); la cosa migliore rimane quella di togliere il dolce dal forno dopo il tempo prefissato ed infilarci uno stecchino: se viene su asciutto il dolce è pronto e si lascia raffreddare in teglia per qualche minuto prima di posizionarlo su una gratella.

Ed ecco qua il nostro dolce....lo so che dalle foto sembra un pò sbruciacchiato ma in realtà è solo cotto bene e vi posso garantire che è perfetto così....come si può vedere dalla foto sotto che ne mostra l'interno
