In questo giovedì di marzo (che pare dicembre dal tempo inclemente che sta facendo) vi propongo una ricetta davvero semplicissima e molto tasty.

Si scioglie il curry in una tazzina di acqua calda e si aggiunge alla salsa mescolando per pochi minuti.

Si cuoce la pasta in abbondante acqua salata e quando è pronta si rovescia nel tegame e si salta insieme alla salsa al curry (se è necessario si può aggiungere anche un pò d'acqua di cottura per ammorbidire il sugo).

Si impiatta e a piacimento si può spolverare con del parmigiano grattugiato.
Ecco finita la semplicissima ricetta di stasera: spero che gradirete la facilità e la velocità di preparazione oltre che la gustosità del piatto. Non è poi niente di particolare...quello che la rende diversa da una semplice pasta al pomodoro è il curry e poi l'alloro che, anche una volta tolto, lascia il suo profumo.
