Le fortune e le disfatte della vita politica di Silvio Berlusconi sembrano essere legate ad alcuni specifici cicli planetari, e precisamente ai cicli Saturno-Plutone, Giove-Saturno e Giove-Plutone.

L’attuale ciclo Saturno-Plutone ha avuto inizio con la congiunzione tra i due pianeti in Bilancia nel 1982, e gli aspetti che vanno dalla quadratura crescente a quella calante sembrano effettivamente abbracciare l’inizio e la probabile fine dell’avventura politica del Premier.

La prima quadratura crescente Giove/Plutone tra l’Ariete e il Capricorno si è formata il 3 agosto 2010, coincidendo con l’uscita di Fini dal PdL.

Tra poco, il 25 febbraio 2011 , si formerà la seconda e ultima quadratura tra Giove in Ariete e Plutone in Capricorno. Sarà interessante osservare cosa accadrà intorno a questa data. A questo punto dobbiamo preparare l'impasto di farcitura con la ricotta e il radicchio rosso. Ecco a voi gli ingredienti (in generally is said to have 4 people but I can assure you that, as a number of crepes, and for the amount of the dough, this recipe is for 6).

- 30 grams of grated parmesan
- 400 g cheese

Si prepara la besciamella utilizzando 1 litro di latte, 100 gr di farina e 100 gr di burro (io la faccio a modo mio come ormai sapete e sono solito usare per un litro di latte 4 cucchiai colmi di farina e il burro quanto basta per ottenere un roux morbido e vellutato color ambra);  in questo caso sarebbe opportuno fare la besciamella un pò più liquida per cui potete ridurre il roux a 80 gr di farina e 80 gr di burro.
Una volta che il roux assume consistenza e morbidezza si aggiunge il latte mescolando continuamente e aggiungendo il sale e una grattata di noce moscata. Si continua a girare e si aggiunge qualche piccolo pezzetto di taleggio. La quantità di formaggio da mettere è a discrezione vostra a seconda del sapore che volete far ottenere alla besciamella: noi siamo andati a caso, utilizzando circa 10 cubettini piccoli di taleggio, ma basta assaggiare la salsa e se la volete più aromatizzata ne aggiungete altro (nel nostro caso specifico si sentiva poco, giusto un leggero retrogusto ma è così che la volevamo).
Una volta pronta la besciamella la si lascia raffredare qualche minuto e poi se ne stende uno strato su una pirofila capiente: si adagiano le crepes in modo che la punta di quella sottostante copra la base di quella sovrastante (come da foto):

Si ricoprono con il resto della besciamella e si spolvera il tutto con abbondante parmigiano grattugiato.

A questo punto non resta che mettere le crepes in forno a 180° per circa 15-20 minuti (finchè non hanno fatto una bella crosticina dorata) e poi lasciar raffreddare qualche altro minuto e servire.
